    We are experienced property brokers and this service spawned from the demand we saw through Stonelink International (London) Limited, the parent company and owner of realestateconcierge.co.uk.

    Our office is located at Linen Hall, 162 - 168 Regent St, London, W1B 5TD, UK.

    Closest tube stations are Oxford Circus (Central line) and Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly line).

  • What are your fees?

     

    We charge a start fee of £495.00 +VAT that applies to both personal and business clients. The second and final fee is the one (1) month calendar’s rent + VAT, of the property chosen by you. The start fee will be credited to the balance of your account, once the contract (the tenancy agreement) is signed for the property.

     

    Example:

    Mr New Yorker selects the two (2) bed pad in Chelsea, South West London. The monthly rent is £2,500.00.

     

    The Final Fee is £2,500.00 + 20% VAT = £3,000.00

     

    The Start Fee of £495.00 + 20% VAT = £594.00 is credited to the final fee of £3,000.00 = £2,406.00

     

Personal

  • I see that there is a minimum spend of £350.00 per week for personal clients. Do you offer budget / spend below £350.00 per week?

     

    The minimum budget is set at £350.00 per week for personal clients. Currently, this is the minimum spend, for individuals moving to London.

     

  • My company will pay for my relocation. Shall I sign up as Personal or Business client?

     

    If your company has a contract with realestateconcierge.co.uk to provide the service to its employees, you can proceed and enter the Unique Company Reference Code here and Get Started.

     

    If not, you simply sign up as a personal client. It is easy, click here.

     

    Usually, employers reimburse the cost for the relocation service to the employee, upon providing the receipt you will receive on final payment.

    In other cases, the relocation cost is already part of the employees contract with their employer, and the cost is factored in.

     

  • What is the method of payment? How does it work?

     

    1. Every payment is processed through PayPal, which accepts multiple global currencies. You only need to insert payment details one (1) time at the start. Simple!

    2. Payment takes place in two (2) separate transactions:
      1. The first transaction will be the Start Fee £495 +VAT (non refundable), which the employee will make when the order is placed.
      2. The Final Fee is the one (1) month calendar’s rent + VAT, of the property, chosen by the employee. The start fee will be credited to the balance of the employee’s account, once the contract (the tenancy agreement) is signed for the property.

     

    Example:

  • I don’t have a PayPal account… Is there another way to pay?

     

    PayPal is our preferred partner to take payments, as it accepts multiple global currencies and is safe, easy and secure. If you don’t have a PayPal account, we suggest once you are on the payment page, take advantage of the opportunity to create an account. The information provided will be stored and locked away by PayPal – we will only see your email address as identifying the transaction.

  • What is a Tenancy Agreement? How does it work?

     

    As part of the service offered, clients will be assisted with their utility services. Heating, electricity, water council tax, broadband, TV license will all be active by the time you move in to make the relocation process easier.

     

  • Do you charge extra for utility transfer and tenancy agreements?

     

    No. It is part of the service.

     

  • What is a Tenancy Agreement? Why do I need one before I move in?

     

    It is a contract between the landlord and the tenant. The tenancy agreement gives certain rights to both the landlord and the tenant, for example, the tenant’s right to occupy the accommodation and the landlord's right to receive rent for letting the accommodation.

     

  • Do I have to pay for a personal driver?

     

    No. It is part of the service.

     

  • Do you charge extra for the Professional Service you offer, such as school search?

     

    This is a free referral service on our part to help you settle in, quicker. It is part of the package you choose when you relocate London.

     

    The cost is what you pay for chosen service from the provider selected.

     

  • I’m an individual wanting to relocate. How do I get started?

Business

  • What is a Unique Company Reference Code? Why would my company employees need one?

     

    Upon instructing Real Estate Concierge to be your relocation provider, ALL Businesses looking to relocate their employees, will be assigned with a Unique Company Reference Code.

     

    ALL employees will need to use this code when purchasing the Real Estate Concierge service online. The Unique Company Reference Code allows us to refer directly back to your company, cross reference and check the employee and minimise fraudulent activities.

     

  • My company will pay for my relocation. Shall I sign up as Personal or Business client?

     

    If your company has a contract with realestateconcierge.co.uk to provide the service to its employees, you can proceed and enter the Unique Company Reference Code here and Get Started.

     

    If not, you simply sign up as a personal client. It is easy, click here.

    3. Each employee relocating, enters the assigned Unique Company Reference Code in the Business Relocation section, together with their property specification and budget, before proceeding to make payment.
    4. Payment takes place in two (2) separate transactions:
      1. The first transaction will be the Start Fee £495 +VAT (non refundable), which the employee will make when the order is placed.
      2. The Final Fee is the one (1) month calendar’s rent + VAT, of the property, chosen by the employee. The start fee will be credited to the balance of the employee’s account, once the contract (the tenancy agreement) is signed for the property.

  • What if I, the employer, want to pay directly for my employees?

    In other cases, the relocation aspect is already part of the employees contract and the cost is factored in.

     

    However, we offer the platform whereby, the employee or employer can pay directly through Paypal. Get Started.

     

  • We are a Business wanting to relocate our employees to London.

     

    How do we get started?

    1. As a Business Client, you have the choice to select the best option for your business relocation needs. Simply go to Business Options and select the most suitable option or you can call direct + 44 (0) 207 994 4065 for guidance.

    2. Once signed up, your company is provided with a Unique Company Reference Code. With this code, your employees go to Get Started and select “Business”.
    3. Once payment is made, your very own dedicated relocation broker will respond and introduce themselves, and help your employees get started with the relocation process. Simple!

     

  • We would like to take the 3-month contract. Does this mean our employees can only be housed for 3 months?

     

    No. This is the contract length for using the business relocation service, not the length of your employee’s stay in London.

     

  • We would like to take the 6-month contract. Does this mean our employees can only be housed for 6 months?

     

    No. This is the contract length for using the business relocation service, not the length of your employee’s stay in London.

     

  • We would like to take the 12-month contract. Does this mean our employees can only be housed for the 12 months?

     

    No. This is the contract length for using the business relocation service, not the length of your employee’s stay in London.
